    Hosted by the Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia, some of the province’s top chefs will gather and create tasting-size dishes using sustainable, wild B.C. salmon that will be paired with B.C. wines for the grazing-style event.

    Presented by Pacific Restaurant Supply & Ono Vancouver, in support of Union Gospel Mission Community Kitchen After School Program.


    Chefs in the Hood is a pop-up food phenomenon bringing together the best of Vancouver's culinary talent in a collaborative dinner event. Chefs from the following HOODS will be representing with their food creation: YALETOWN, GASTOWN, CHINATOWN, DOWNTOWN, KITSILANO, COMMERCIAL DRIVE


    With participation from Jamjar, Save-on-meats, Juniper, Enigma, Gooseneck Hospitality, and Colette Grande Café at Holt Renfrew, Wines and Spirit by Lone Tree Cellars and Wineocerous Fine Wines, Pasture Raised Ethically Raised Pork by Blue Sky Ranch
